Zante Party Vibes is an event discovery and affiliate platform. We do not directly sell tickets — all ticket purchases are processed by our partner platform, GetYourTickets.com. As such, all refund and cancellation matters are governed by GetYourTickets.com's terms and conditions.

Ticket Purchases

When you click a "Get Tickets" button on our website, you are redirected to GetYourTickets.com to complete your purchase. The contract for your ticket purchase is between you and GetYourTickets.com (or the event organiser, as applicable). Zante Party Vibes is not a party to that transaction.

Cancellations and Refunds

All requests for refunds or cancellations must be directed to GetYourTickets.com or the relevant event organiser. Refund eligibility depends on:

• The event organiser's refund policy for that specific event.
• Whether the event has been cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered.
• The timing of your cancellation request relative to the event date.

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, refund arrangements will be communicated by GetYourTickets.com or the organiser directly. Zante Party Vibes will endeavour to update event listings promptly but accepts no liability for event cancellations by third-party organisers.
